The power of being a mother starts with your personality as a person.
Every person has their own personality,
Your personality is in the power that you have within yourself.
The power consists of knowing what your strong and weak points are.
It is something that you do not think about every day, but it still determines the way you are as a person and as a mother.
By using your strong points, you support your weak points.
The strong points in yourself is knowing: who you are and what you stand for.
Norms, values that you get from your family, education and environment give you an image of what motherhood can be about.
However, it is your own personality in combination with your experiences in life that determine how you are and can be as a mother.
When you are at your wits’ end and you doubt the way you have acted.
For every specific situation there are multiple choices to act in a certain way.
And not every action will give a good result, every mother has a black page in her life. Having a black page as a mother doesn’t mean you’re a bad mother or person. As long as you learn from it. Nobody is perfect, even if we want to.
It is at this point that you know it is hard to stay balanced as a person and as a mother.
There is no such thing as a perfect person just as there is no such thing as a perfect mother.
