After pament you receive a link where you can download your product.

 You will receive 5  JPG files. The sizes are: 1 file with the sizes: 4×6/ 6×9/ 8×12/ 10×15/ 12×18/ 16×24/ 20x 30/ 24×36 and 60x 90 cm.

 1x  file with the sizes: 6×8/ 9×12/ 12×16/ 18×24 cm

1x file with the sizes 4×5/ 8×10/ 16×20/ 40x50cm.

1 file with the sizes: 11×14/ 22×28 cm

1 file with the sizes: 5×7 cm/ A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm.

The dimensions can also be printed in inches

 You will receive 1 high resolution  JPG files, the sizes you receive are: 5x7cm /A5/A4/A3/A2/A1/ and 50x 70 cm. 

The dimensions can also be printed in inches.

You have 2 options :

1. Print directly at home
2. Take or email the file to your local print shop or an online print service website

The final print quality depends on the printing device. The paper/canvas and ink you use

Shipping your mug (s) will take 1-14 days

For the mug (s) we accept returns. Orders must be returned in new condition and we should be notified within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to make a return. The buyer must pay for the return cost and a tracked service used or we will not cover loss.

If the address is given incorrect, not picked up from the PO or redelivery arranged and the order returned to us we will deem this a forced return and we will either resend the order back out and recharge the postage or a full refund will be given minus the original postage cost to us.

For ‘change of mind’ reason the original postage cost will be deducted from refund.
